Morgan 11:19 PM on June 09, 2010 Had to come by to say thanks so much for your professionalism while fixing our sliding door today! You were very fast and extremely professional. Anyone looking for a reliable, professional to repair/install windows or doors, look no further. He showed up same day 2.5 hours after I called him. He handed me his card as he shook my hand at the door. He pulled the door off the track and turned it upside down and showed us the 2 broken wheels and quoted us the price all within 2 mins of entering the house. He then brought in his associate and tools and fixed the door and cleaned out the track in about 20 mins. He made sure we tried it a few times as he wrote out the invoice. WOW. I was very impressed. My house was robbed late at night and when I got home the police were there and our French doors in the rear of the house were destroyed. The Win-door Guy was recommended to me so I called them in the middle of the night. Without question, Juan came out and sealed the back doors so that my family could sleep safely. After I received the settlement from the insurance company the Win-door guy came out and repaired the doors better than they were when new!!! The price was also very reasonable and competitive. It is rare that you find such excellent work ethics and a genuine willingness to satisfy customers as the Win-door Guy's team displays. The Win-Door Guys, Caballero brothers Juan, Frank and Ruben have been working "with" me for the past 5 years. Their English and understanding, of all areas of construction, are excellent. They have replaced almost all of the windows and doors in my home as well as a water heater, faucets, toilets, garbage disposal, etc. I have also called upon them for any number of repairs and installations that were beyond my abilities.
